"Liked the design of the place: both in the room and in common areas. The hotel has a structure of a traditional house. Together with the autentic furniture and the interior design this gives a unique impression of traveling back in time (but with the comfort of modern time).The facilities in the room are very good. Very good water pressure and regulation of water temperature! Also it is the only hotel during our trip where there was an iron! The location is very central. Just a few minutes walk from the temple."

"Excellent heritage property, bang in the middle of old town Kandy with all sights within walking distance. A lot of restaurants around, covering most cuisines. The hotel is in the middle of town so you get the local feel and ye the rooms are placed at the back to avoid most noise. The property has an excellent bar...duh in the name also with a perfect setting in an internal courtyard. Breakfast has several optional items to order - my cheese omlette and bacon was perfecctt ! All in all, a great place to enjoy Kandy"
